GNURadio and HackRF on Surface Pro 7+

First went to https://www.gnuradio.org/ then to install RadioConda for Windows. After installation from Start menu type "RadioConda prompt" then "HackRF_info" (this assumes the Windows HackRF driver was installed by downloading and running Zadiq and listing all USB drives. Search internet for this. I guess the most important part before creating GNU Radio graphs by typing "GNU Radio" at the Windows start menu is that "hackrf_info" gets typed at the Radio Conda prompt. You will likely need this information when configuring your Osmocom sink graph object.
